Movember: Moustache season officially opened >

It all started back in November 2003 in Australia, men started growing moustaches with the aim of raising awareness and vital funds for men’s health issues and in particular prostate cancer.

Now, as a yearly reminder, Movember moustaches are grown all over the globe. Ask your neighbor, your best friends or family to join the crew! It’s really worth it and hey; growing a moustache transforms you into a real man, right? (Tip: if you only have fuzz instead of hair, it doesn’t improve you virility, sorry guys.)

If you don’t feel like growing a mustache, or you simply can’t (because having a moustache as a women isn’t really socially accepted), you still can join the Mo Bros and become a Mo Bro or Mo Sister by registering at Movember.com (for the Belgo people)

Today I will start with a clean shave and will try to grow the most exquisite moustache I have ever had. So help me and my other Mo Bros and Mo Sisters by raising funds or by seeking sponsorship for our Mo growing efforts! At the end of the month all the Mo Bros and Sisters will celebrate their awareness and fundraising efforts by throwing a Movember party and awarding the highly sought after titles of Miss Movember and Man of Movember.

Mo Bros are helping to change the face of men’s health by effectively becoming walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by promoting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health. Together, we are truly changing the face of men’s health.
